  • Cooked quinoa, dried figs, almond flour, honey, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and sea salt in a food processor until a dough forms.
  • Scoop out tablespoon-sized amounts of dough and roll into balls.
  • Roll the balls in the unsweetened shredded coconut until completely covered.
  • Allow at least 30 minutes before serving to chill.
