Gluten Free Morel Mushroom Quiche Recipe

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Set aside the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter.
  • Sauté the morel mushrooms and shallots for 5 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the shallots are translucent.
  • Cover the bottom of the pie crust with the mushroom mixture.
