- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Toast the oats, almonds, and walnuts on a baking sheet for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.
- Combine the toasted oats, almonds, and walnuts with the pumpkin seeds and raisins in a large mixing bowl.
- Heat the honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and sea salt in a small saucepan over medium heat until well combined.
- Pour the honey mixture over the oat mixture, stirring to coat everything evenly.
- Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper and press the mixture into it.
- 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow the granola bars to cool for at least 15 minutes in the pan before removing and cutting into bars.
