Instructions

  • A large pot of salted water should be brought to a boil.
  • Cook rice noodles according to package directions.
  • Drain and rinse with cool water.

  • Cook, stirring occasionally, until the onion and peppers are tender and lightly charred, about 8 minutes.
  • Whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  • Cook the rice noodles in the skillet with the vegetables.
