These Gluten Free Stuffed Cabbage Rolls are a hearty and delicious meal that are ideal for dinner any night of the week. Ground beef, cooked rice, and a flavorful tomato sauce are wrapped in tender cabbage leaves. They're also gluten-free, making them suitable for anyone with a gluten allergy or sensitivity.

  • Cook Time: 50 minutes
  • Total Time: 1 hour, 15 minutes

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • A large pot of salted water should be brought to a boil.
  • Cook for about 10 minutes, or until the leaves are soft and pliable, with the whole cabbage head.
  • Drain the cabbage and remove the leaves with care.
  • Place aside.
  • Combine the ground beef, cooked rice, onion, garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  • Fill each cabbage leaf with a spoonful of the beef mixture.
  • Roll up the leaf and place it seam-side down in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Combine the tomato sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice, and water in a medium mixing bowl.
  • Pour the sauce over the cabbage rolls.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the beef is cooked through and the cabbage is tender, in a preheated oven.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy.
